I'm a similar position with close to 400k at age 20 now OP. What I'm trying to do is find relatively safe investments to throw it in and then just work some shitty part time job for extra money and travel with that. I don't have rent to pay or anything and live alone so I'm ok there.
The point is we never have to actually work again. Just wait for the money to go 3x or so in conservative investments over a few years time and that's it.

Get your GED, then go to a technical school; this is actually fairly cheap. Get a decent job and work for 5-10 years while contributing to your investments and living frugally. Move to low cost of living area and semi-retire once you hit $2MM.

Depends on where you want to take your life. Like the first reply said, invest in your education. Only you know if a trade or a bachelors degree or some other certification is right for you. What will determine whether you are rich in the end is what you do with the money you earn later on. Will you save and invest, build or buy a business? Or will you lease cars and purchase consumer goods? You're in a similar spot that I was in a few years ago. The first thing to do is purchase a personal finance software like Quicken and get accustomed to accounting and budgeting. If you can learn to stick with a plan and control yourself, you will be ahead of probably 75% of people. Good luck to you.
