Is this an accurate portrayal of the different cultural spheres of Latin America? Or do the Latinos of Jow Forums have any suggestions or changes?

Accurate
>gaucho sphere with a paraguayan core and only in the littoral argie region
kek, the most "gauchesque" core zones here are the pampas (spreading to Patagonia) and the NW llanos
>southern cone culture
who was the imbecile who made this
arr rook same
Gaucho in Argentina is too small, should cover all Buenos Aires province, all La Pampa, all San Luis, Cordoba and Santa Fe
It shouldn't include Paraguay
the Pampas (pic related) are the region of the Gauchos
en.wikipedia.org
The South Andean one would be Jujuy, Salta, Tucuman, Santiago del Estero and Catamarca
Santiago del Estero geographically is Chaco, but culturally is Andean because of immigrants during colonial times. They have over 200.000 Quechua speakers
Chaco and Formosa aren't Andean in any way, the same for Western Paraguay, it was an unpenetrable forest with only hunter gatherers until the late 1800s, it is an ecoregion known as Chaco
>Brazil
fix'd

No, there are none, all Ibero Americans are saw
Haiti is part of Latin America. It should be its own region, maybe partly including coastal Louisiana.
Acre has zero foreign influence. There's deadly uninhabited jungle separating it from anywhere outside BR. The same goes for the border regions of Venezuela and Colombia.
Southern Cone culture doesn't exist. There should be a Platine culture with Argies, Uruguay, Paraguay and the BR border. Chile is either Andean or it's own thing.
There's no Andean influence in Paraguay.
The gaúcho sphere shouldnt include Paraguay, and should go further south to the interior of Argentina.
i've never thought i would say this from an american but, that's pretty fucking accurate
well, now that i see it again, i think you should divide Southern Cone into Chilean and Platinean
we are our own thing
Big 0
WE
What should Paraguay be then?
it's own thing, they are all spanish guarani bilingual
you could put the argentine provinces of Misiones, Corrientes and Formosa as very Paraguayan influenced. And East Bolivia (Santa Cruz de la Sierra etc) too
>Gaucho sphere
It's not really gaucho, more like 'Guarani sphere'. I think
You know, I helped you made that map in the last thread.
When I put Northeast Argentina, South Brazil and Paraguay together, I did that because of the influence of Guaranis, not because of 'gauchos'. Gauchos are in all the Southern Cone, not just that area
It's as this guy said
