Like he said the advice is extremely general. But who knows there might be some kind of meme power to writing down what you want and thinking about it day in day out. Maybe you'll start subconsciously noticing things or ideas will start brewing.

It's a good book, some of it is bullshit, like tapping into infinite wisdom or knowledge from the ether, but he has a lot of good advice in there. I sometimes re-read it for the inspirational passages alone.

This book has been a lifesaver for me in some really tough situations. Such as running out of toilet paper, running out of rolling papers, etc
