Viennas fallout shelters are almost all retired, and used to be the cellars of schools, bathhouses, government offices etc and are now used as storage space, some rual areas still have fallout shelters and private fallout shelters but they don't get tax deduction for building and maintenance anymore so it's losing popularity.
