There is this one interesting story, if you dont remember well.
Once LINK finished its IC the only community would be in the ChainLink Slack. A private group of Individuals then opened the Linkmarines Telegram group.
They moderated it for up to one month. Apparently they demanded to be paid in Link by the Team for their moderation of the group.
Sergey and Steve would not pay them just for moderating a private Telegram group. Thus they exited the group and started to FUD Chainlink.
What can we learn from this? Thats right!
Chainlink will NEVER, and i repeat NEVER pay any people to do any sorts of shilling for the project, because as we all know, this is going to be huge no matter what.
