I think if you google whatever cartoon you want to watch followed by latino, a couple of websites will show up with all the episodes.

The only way to learn a language is to be forced to learn it. If you don't have sufficient motivation, you won't learn it. People learn english because of compelling career/academic reasons, or because of the sheer volume of english language media content. If you want to do the same with a foreign language, you have to want to consume their own media. Aka spanish television, games, or literature, not fucking Japanese cartoons.
