In my opinion, it is the Koreans (Japanese are not far behind) because they are never informative (while it's a bit the basis of this board); they tend to insult you; they create threads like for example "why is x so x?"; they always create the same threads
But I wonder if it's genetic or cultural because the very rude Chinese immigrant in Canada who always insult the West (while he lives in Canada) is certainly the rudest person on Jow Forums, I don't count anymore the number of times he attacked me.
All the countries have bad posters like that nazi from Italy, that complexed South Brazilian or that other complexed and pornophile black Brazilian, but with East Asians, it's all of them.
