So it is. A portentous day.
>Average rents in Dublin have hit a new record high of €1,875 a month
Who /renting/ here?
no idea why someone would put themselves through this
>tfw daddy is a /landlord/
He didn't raise rents that high though, he's no slumlord.
What point living in Dublin when dormitory towns exist?
mentally ill schizophrenic weirdo
haven#'t showered for like 2 weeks
what's your record?
Yeah me too.
6/7 months
Some people aren't educated or skilled enough to be able to get employment outside of Dublin so have no choice but to trap themselves in the rent cycle.
But you can live outside of Dublin surely?
They're nearly as expensive and have long commutes.
>The cost of the average rental property listed on Daft.ie in Kildare is now €1,437
That's the entire county average so you'd expect some of the more remote areas in the west are bringing that down.
You can just go further. I legit know of people who take the motorway from county Galway to get to Dublin.
Maybe country roads are shit in the rural east (just as keikaku - in order to prevent sprawl from impinging the rich farmer land as opposed to smaller towns and communities), but there are plenty of nowhere towns on the motorway that take less time to get to Dublin than it does to cross one side of the city to the other.
Had an interview at an assembly line building yesterday and had to lie out my ass about my previous work.
>I legit know of people who take the motorway from county Galway to get to Dublin.
I know of people who do it from Portlaoise as well but the travel time would be depressing to go through that every day. You'd want to really like being in your car since you'd be there for at least 3 hours every day.
>You'd want to really like being in your car since you'd be there for at least 3 hours every day.
Yup. But an hour and a half can be optimistic for those who live within Dublin, and then you have all the hassle and expense of living in Dublin.
How did you think it went?
>had to lie out my ass about my previous work.
Why would they ask that anyway, wouldn't they have that information from your CV?
Any plans for the weekend lads?
Going to replay RE4
renting is for suckers. take out a mortgage
But I don't know where I want to live for the rest of my life.
I think I'll try to jailbreak my PS Vita
Is this a welcoming and friendly general?
If you're not a total shithead, you might get a few replies. Probably going to get ignored though.
h-hey
passive aggressive
TRICKED! Eat my arse!
Question, do you have your own brands of smokes or do you all roll your own?
no it's NOT, jesus
I don't smoke.
Woman
>Eat my arse!
What did he mean by this?
*retarded meme pic of guy with loose facial hair that I refuse to save on my hard drive long enough to post*
Smoking doesn't give you cancer.
What games are you going to play on it?
*passively aggressively ignores you*
But the Danes lads
>‘No TV homes’ (but who could watch RTÉ online) results in a gross loss of around €24m annually
I presume this means gross "loss" of tax that RTE could inflict on people but can't because of the unenforceability of the law, and not what should really be of concern to the taxpayer and those who genuinely care about the edification of the country through media, rather than the edification of the media class at the expense of the country, that is to say, the value of RTE's product that is consumed but not paid for. I would say that's not likely to be very high, considering the extremely high ratio of dross to kino they churn out.
actually doing the same lad but on professional
Discussing Indian politics.
GLORY TO DYFLIN
/arelad/
Is it fun desu? Must see if I can pirate it at the weekend.
Any unique and interesting mechanics?
Looks like the UKIP meme is over, virtually wiped out in elections.
They were a one-issue party held together by Farage's mystique.
The party was falling apart before the referendum with the usual dynamic of a conflict between clueless working class and the typical co-opters, and he himself basically has to watch his back for the rest of his life now.
Nothing left there as a nationalist movement, because what "nationalism" there is is either directed at the queen or else totally unacceptable and class-based English nationalism which simultaneously undermines the narrative of the "UK".
Do you think Kratos will ever clear up the Celtic pantheon?
ocht
>2020 AD
>get fired for not being a normalfag that parties all the time
We have to take action against this shit before it gets too late.
Women are retarded.
The use of incels refers to the beta uprising types who are basically terrorists. Not every basement virgin who means no harm to society.
Incels don't have jobs though so the article is moot.
Incels should be payed for not having sex.
Unionists should be gassed.
Disgusted by the price of birthday cards
You going to attend someone's birthday?
N O R M I E
Thanks for reminding me though
Got mocked online for arguing against the use of the fascist phrase "british isles" again
I'm quite rustled by the retort of "it's the official name though" when it's not even recognised by our state.
What should they be called?
Lads if I want to be put on a cancellation list for my driving test should I call the actual centre or the general number for the RSA in Mayo?
I think it should be obvious I'm just wondering
Wales and friends
Either "Britain and Ireland" or "The Atlantic Archipelago"
I'd say the centre would make the most sense. If you needed to contact the RSA they'd probably tell you.
>reminding the world of this song's existence
>seacht

Smashed louiseber's head off the toilet cubicle door and raped her lifeless corpse when I saw her looking for a job again lads.
Will that cunt ever get a job? Irritating waste of life. Is reddit her fulltime job? Would love to smash that dog up.
>louiseber
Tell me more desu. I've seen the name but haven't studied the profile.
Some people need to live in Dublin. Isn’t much of a choice.
The most educated people generally tend towards Dublin as that’s where pay and opportunities are highest. The higher rent is made up for by higher pay.
Some retard that's ever-present on Irish subreddits and is a snarky, know-it-all cunt. Ultra left-wing too. You can Google and find her. CUNT. Want to smash her up.
Going for dinner now with the GF and tomorrow I’m going to a party in a colleagues penthouse.
Fuck off, Trinity.
She talks about not having a job a lot? You spend a lot of time browsing r/ireland?
Ignore this person. 95% of people in Ireland smoke.
How the hell do you make friends in the countryside?
I don't do GAA and I'm a lightweight drinker
Does rebeccablacktech still exist?
Bullshit, it's at least 105%.
I don't spend a lot of time browsing it, to be honest. However, it's not hard to notice her. She replies to EVERY thread and openly reveals who she is. Some cunt with a useless degree from DBS. Unemployed and a wreck.
As do the least educated people since it has the highest employment. If you have no education or skills you haven't a hope of getting work in a small town.
You approach a man from the front and when the time is right you both nod acknowledging your mutual understanding that the other person exists
>asking /éire/ how to make friends
>imagine actually needing friends
>imagine needing validation from others for your own happiness
Thank FUCK I am not this basic.
The least educated gravitate towards Limerick as costs are lower so their welfare goes further.
You sound a bit deranged holding that kind of vendetta towards some random person on reddit. Get a grip.
Can't wait to feel my knife twist in her flesh again lad.
bout to watch calvary lads
If that were the case then Leitrim would be a haven for NEETs.
>I don't do GAA and I'm a lightweight drinker
There's always mass desu.
Where did it all go wrong?
The most intelligent, regardless of education, have no job at all, maybe dabble in a little crypto but all in all they're the ones who have figured life out
>DBS
Literally where.
dragon ball super obviously you casual
Thanks m8.
Dublin Business School. Fee-paying school for retarded cunts that didn't get enough points in the Leaving. Louise went there. She's 34, has no children, is unemployed and looks like she caught the wrong end of a golf club.
When she was born.
>looks like she caught the wrong end of a golf club
She posts pics of herself? I think I remember seeing her being the mod of some real leftie subreddit before, like repeal the 8th or something.
She must have decimated you in a few arguments to be this asspained. How humiliated did she make you feel?
Never interacted with her in my life. I am banned from all Irish subreddits anyway.
You can just Google and see her.
>You can just Google and see her
Get the feeling it would be more soothing for my eyes if I didn't, thanks anways.
Wise choice.
I googled and one of the first results in an éire/pol/ thread dumping pics of her. Sad cunts.
