The biggest development project in all of South-Eastern Europe is being carried out in Belgrade right now. Belgrade is a first league European city with all modern amenities and developed infrastructure.

Sofia looks like a big village compared to Belgrade.

I was there a couple of years ago when they hosted a beer festival with a few rock bands, and it was all fucking mud. ALL MUD. There were serious life threatening situations with people getting stuck.
