There was a 30% figure being floated around a number of years ago but I think that's just bad information gathering. The overwhelming majority of people here support circumcision and don't question it for a second. Where I live, if you disregard the Asians and Mexicans who I imagine are mostly normal, the circumcision rate is probably just about 100%.
