I'm hungry
I just love this one. It's called srbské rizoto but it's actually a sort of pilaf, it has nothing to do with risotto.
>rice and pickles
I didn't know czechia was so disgusting.
Theres a reason peruvian cuisine is so hot right now but i wouldnt expect eurotrash to recognize a world class dish even if its sitting right in front of you.
I know it may look weird, but pickles just go so well with the overall taste of the meal.
Not sure if sarcams of delusion
off yourself Gastón
The rice looks good
and I happen to like pickles
This!
I would eat guinea pig

Liver casserole with lingonberries.
Very much like haggis, usually looks like vile mess, but tastes great.
what animal is that?
This.
Eating carnivores is the sign of a failed people.
Is pic related.
Probably guinea pig
Fugg, that looks yummy
a furry rat?
Yes.
An after midnight snack
why do you put clothes on them if you are going to eat them? i honestly still don't know what animal that is.
just had this for lunch, actually. two barbacoas and three al-pastors, also on double corn tortilla and with fresh onions and cilantro.
Some people don't eat them, others do eat them, depends on every individual.
>still don't know what animal that is.
Guinea Pig
Its an overgrown hamster. And some people keep them as pets. Ive eaten them tho, not really bad but esting something wih the shape of a rat is eerie as fuck. Still better than eating trash so i dont blame them
as comfy as it gets
I had to use google to see what guinea pig is. Never seen live one.
guinea pigs are fairly common pets here
i don't know if i could eat one, but it seems better and more sustainable than other meats we're accustomed to eating.
People in Finland don't keep them as pets?
The meat can be a bit weird at the first time you try it, but it is not that bad desu.
Not comfy but pretty filling and tasty
I have never seen a guinea pig in my life but i bet someone here has one as a pet.
I've never tried Peruvian food, What dish do you recommend? Lomo saltado looks good.
I would recomend ceviche and its variations like tiradito or leche de tigre. But the only way to really try our seafood is you know, right next to our sea, plus the limes here are the only ones acidic enough to properly cook the fish. On the other hand lomo saltado, pollo a la brasa and pan con chicharron are really good too and pretty much doable any other place in the world so start with that.
Lomo Saltado is a good start.

Stealing from Mexico, once again.
barbacoa has a very long tradition in my state, texas, desu. but to be fair america stole texas from mexico.
this is a great dish
blood pancakes are also good and inexpensive. pic related, blood pancakes with lingonberries
everything made of spinach is also popular. spinach pancakes, spinach soup, spinach on pizza. spinach grows everywhere so it's basically free food as long as you care to pick it and cook it
looks like a sudaca version of a english breakfast
Chicken and rice, preferably served from 53rd and 6th.

blood sausage with lingonberry jam, a special only served fresh in Tampere
The MOST revolting food item I have ever laid eyes upon
looks tasty, I like meat with jam
Now I want to taste it.
a lot of stuff seems revolting before you try it
there's little meat in the sausage. it's mostly coagulated blood and grains
it is very tasty
It seems nice user, is there a good recipe and recommendations to try it?
why do they always have to present everything as if someone shat on a piece of cardboard?
you could make everything look revolting by putting it through a meat grinder and slapping it violently on a paper plate
looks disgusting
5/5
See I know for a fact it'd taste just lovely but they could have at least tried to make it look less like a jobby
the blood pancakes?
>a good recipe
they are readily available here so I haven't even thought of making some myself. sorry, I have no recipe to share
that's a pic of what you get if you order a medium mustamakkara at Laukontori
fuck off hipster homo
Going to try making that
I tried it once in Helsinki though and was really good while having also huge hangover
my girlfriend had to puke though seeing me eating it
You can all go home now.
The king has arrived.
women are fucking retarded
offals and blood may sound disgusting but they taste great and have great nutritional values

All inferior to the god tier fried vendace. You can get these in pretty much every summertime market square sales in Finland.
An American classic
Turkulaiset vittuun

I love everything except the chicharon. It makes me shit for like three hours. I usually get it without and double down on the black pudding-like thing, can't remember what it's called.
Berries seem unnecessary
i would unironically try it
Where can I find all these gifs along with an explanation?
what explanation do you need?
It is.

Looks nice, what is the rice covered with?
If there isn't familiarity, I am also surprised.
