Btw Koreans use chopsticks too, they just use spoons for rice, where as other Asian nations use chopsticks for rice. Filipinos and Koreans are also the only Asian nations to circumcise at a very high rate, they adopted it from the US during military occupation

Actually that's a funny story. Christianity in south Korea always was an elite religion, or you should say religion of western-type progressives. Korea was shithole since ancient times, and Christian missioners became the way to obtain western know-hows - books, science, technology, STEM and so on (via China, of course - Christian missioners from china). Almost all of the ministers and rulers who made Korean reforms were Christians. Even these days almost 100% of the ruling class are Christians.
