Remember when constantinople felt to the otomans, the portuguese were the only ones that gathered the combat ships to free it from the ottmans, when the final call for help was issued by the greeks, but the trip was long and didn't arrive in time. we beat them after....

Desu Athens is overrated. The tourist parts are gorgeous but many other places look like Berlin slums

The islands are great though and there are many hidden attractions that are being slept on

Which is the best place to visitin Portugal in your opinion? Lisbon/Porto or somewhere more secluded like the Azores/Madeira? What do Portuguese people think of Greece.

it's just what the real dress looks like

not him
>Which is the best place to visitin Portugal in your opinion?
Azores islands. I've never been there, but everyone I know who's been on the islands is quick to judge it as the best piece of portuguese clay they've ever been to
>What do Portuguese people think of Greece.
lots of empathy due to the crisis and similar struggle

>Desu Athens is overrated.

Probably like the majority of our (europe) capitals

>Which is the best place to visitin Portugal in your opinion?

For culture, monuments history you have everywhere, from Lisbon, to Porto, Braga, Guimarães, Évora. To relax, beach and so on, probably southwest portuguese coast (costa vicentina) algarve and alentejo.

sorry senpai, i thought it was the correct one

that's what I mean, it's common all around!

im greek and portugal is cool and all but i really love turkey

One of my friends went to the university of coimbra for the erasmus program so i went there to visit her. I stayed 4 days in Lisbon, 3 in Coimbra and 1 in Porto. The feeling was very Mediterranean, i felt very familiar and comfortable right away. Coimbra was a comfy student town, Porto had cool scenery but i stayed only for a day so i saw only the mainstream places. I actually liked a lot Lisbon, it was like a healthy mix of Athens/Thessaloniki. The locals were fine i guess, there were a lot of Brazilians and Italians.

Yes pls. No hard feelings for 2004 eh?

why would I have hard feelings for 2004? you beat the czechs in their home country
