Elastos OS/runtime isn't really used for acessing the internet, but instead uses the internet to run dapps. So the Dapps and digital assets would all need to be registered/ use the blockchain.

So if I run a dapp over elastos instead of the internet the benefits are: no denial of service attacks, hosting?, easier to charge users a fee for the app? But if I just run the app over a normal website anyone can use it and they don't have to run elastos.

But with Elastos you can have scarcity and digital assets. So it'd allow you to run a media player with movies, books, and videogames that run on the blockchain - which most importantly you could sell after you've watched, read, played them

I think all information and media should be free- for the betterment of society. Education, art, music, games etc. should be free. Most of this stuff is propoganda or Masonic programming anyway so why should I pay for it? If I like something I will tip crypto or watch an advertisement.

That's super idealist man, but think of it this way. Now individual content creators can personally monetize their creations, instead of big conglomerates. Everything being free is just not how humans will ever work because their needs to be economic incentives
