Explain your behavior Canada
It's part of our tradition and culture.
Thrill
Of
The
Kill
It's an outlet for our unbridled aggression and savagery.
I was drunk
reminder that canadians aren't human
natives eat them
theyre vermin, theres too many of them and theyre fucking up the ecosystem
They're literally sea rats. They breed out of control and are driving Atlantic cod to extinction.
stop being racist
I hope you at least eat them. that meat is probably delicious
Id really like to try seal but i dont think you can get it outside of northern Quebec and the territories. But yes they do eat them.
the only province where you can get seal in restaurants is newfoundland, all other provinces forbid the sale of game meat in restaurants
since seal isn't proper commercial meat, as in not raised to be eaten, the only seal you can find is game meat
very oily, and has to be done right
Is there at least anything else interesting to do in Newfoundland?
Don't exactly want to fly out of my way to the middle of nowhere just to try seal.
Can I find whale there too?
well there some stuff to do, a lot more outdoorsmen kinda stuff
whale watching is a big thing here, same with iceberg watching as the glacier ice breaks off in the summer and floats by the island
the city of st. john's is great for tourists, kinda like a boston lite except people actually sound like potato people
late july and early august is the best window to do stuff
>every canadian is allowed to harvest 5 seals a year in the gulf of st lawrence
>tfw I've never exercised my right
Seal is the "the dog of the sea" therefore you should eat it.
Ho does it taste like ? What do you eat it with ?
>why yes, i think clubbing seals is a terrible practice and it must cease immediately!
Based
>be canadian
>get clubbed
>overpopulated
>eat too many fish
>tfw you plan to visit a restaurant that serves seal before you work overseas and risk dying in a plane crash or some accident in the third world without ever having savoured the taste of seal flesh
>canadian
>has a french flag on his shoulder
Nice try
