Honestly, I need to read more studies. Sweden has always had a significantly high level of rape, although you can track a jump in levels of rape when the definition is made wider in 2005.

There are 6 men per 5 women in my age group here in Sweden. People h a job or future is undesirable(most migrants are part of this group of young men). Had these men not raped a woman they would have stayed a virgin for life since there are a LOT less prostitutes here compared to the rest of the world.

The sex they can determine via semen or saliva on the body, if she goes to the police or a hospital soon after to take a rape kit. Being drunk is easily checked, same as when you check for drunk driving. As for consent, I think the burden of proof is on the partner to prove that she did consent. I mean you can't just assume that everyone consents to sex, you need to verify that positive affirmation took place.

I think UK does a good job enforcing the rule of law equally for all, which is why muslims tend to integrate better there, as oppose to countries like Sweden or Belgium where the absence of enforcing the law equally for all creates anti-muslim hatred because of few bad apples that goes unpunished.
