Just realized it is likely a payment processor who handles healthcare related expenses. Some digging turned up a company called BlueFin, who handles a lot of healthcare payments, and focuses on security/privacy. They even have a page about tokenization of payments, but no mention of implementation (yet). This would be huge. Healthcare is the one thing that people spend money on in which their privacy is legally especially sacred. And you wouldn't have to worry about taxing, because if you go "Private" then you can't deduct the money from your taxes. This makes the most sense to me now.

The best guess I have at the moment is Adyen. I've seen it mentioned in a few of the speculation threads and it fits the description we've got.
I think the most likely reason it's Adyen is because it's Dutch. For whatever reason Verge is huge in the Netherlands so it would make sense that the partner would be based out of there. The only thing is that Adyen seems a bit too big. I'd say an even better guess would be whatever the second or third largest payment processor in the Netherlands is.
The way I see it, if this isn't a HOUSEHOLD NAME partnership (Amazon, Facebook, PayPal, etc.) this shit is going to dump.
