Everything, even the food is starting to become bad in many parts of the republic, you have to cook it by yourself if you want decent quality.

What has changed about the food?

People is slowly starting to use more low quality ingredients or just processed stuff, slowly transforming into some sort of touristic trap food but for locals. So even you know how a proper X dish looks or tastes like, is becoming harder to find places where they properly cook it.

Simple stuff like tacos are other story because of its simplicity but just one of hundreds of dishes we have.
