Surströmming. Officially the worlds smelliest food.
The smell somewhat resembles that of a thousand rotting eggs that's been marinating in vomit and shit. It's so bad it's illegal on most commercial airplanes and illegal to open indoor in public places.

But it tastes damn good though.

Have you ever had any experience with Surströmming?
If you haven't it's hard to explain. Just remember to open the can under water and wash you hands with lemon water afterwards. It helps a lot.
