They could start trading popular coins
>this ripples revenge for not trading XRP

>normies get burned on crypto
>they stop visiting normiebase due to a lack of FOMO
>normiebase's user traffic will shoot back up when the next moon mission kicks off
sounds about right to me desu

No Ripple on Coinbase means RIP Coinbase

coinbase can't be the most visited website
it's a site you visit maybe once a month even if you use it
compare it to GDAX and it will be better

Unless you just want to buy BTC there's not much reason to use Coinbase, at least regularly

"When" is the wrong question. You should be asking"what" can they do about their dwindling popularity.

And the answer is that I'm not really sure. Anything they do at this point might be too little, too late. Their best shot right now is to appeal to continue to appeal to normies and newcomers that don't know better because the informed crowd have already done what they can to move away from Coinbase for many reasons, including
>high fees
>The insider trading/Bitcoin Cash accusations
>Refusing to implement Segwit for months, causing the BTC transaction fees to skyrocket. This undeniably had a hand in creating the bear market at the start of the year
>Still only offering 4 coins
>Incident were users were double-charged for purchases
>Notoriously poor customer service

I mean, what can you really do to come back from all of that among a crowd that knows about this stuff? Their only hope is to hope that the normies come back to the market and that they can appeal to them

not listing ripple and fking their customers in the az did it. So many complaints about overcharges, missing coins, missing bank wires etc.

id verification broken, insider trading, this exchange is walking dead, no one trusts it.
