They lured investments from France, Germany, and Japan by promising each countries a portion of the railway market in exchange for technological trade secrets being passed on to Chinese companies.
France, Germany, and Japan calculated that it would take 10 years for China to absorb the information behind their technology.
Instead, China dispatched over 200,000 workers to go over the manuscripts from the westerners. Took them 2 years to master all that information and then kick the western capitalist pig dogs out of the Chinese market.
