>believing this post iran deal
>implying Obama didn't take his "deal" to congress and make it an actual treaty in the first place for a reason other than it was a crap deal that the american people didn't want or agree with
How can you trust the US ?
Just imagine the debt
i give it 10 years before kim gets CIA'd if he actually takes the deal.
Nobody trusts your government anymore with that clown in charge.
North Korea released three american prisoners the other day so someone obviously does
They released 11 under Obama, your point?
>Why does America actually have a culture of being so nice?
Right mate
$10
>implying Obama didn't take his "deal" to congress and make it an actual treaty in the first place for a reason other than it was a crap deal that the american people didn't want or agree with
If they distrusted the government they wouldn't be releasing prisoners
It was an executive agreement that Obama signed into law, not a treaty.
>uh sure if you denuclearize you'll get my shek… my dollars and well stop sanction
>uhhhh sorry we got new president it's not working now haha it's your fault to be weak
More like a cunt where it's always being raped by the existence of something called Jew controlled president, it's not about kind or mean
We made the same offer to Iran in 2015.
?
Then why did they release 11 for Obama?
>We
No, Obama did that without Congress.
Because his administration was longer so far
the king to deceive is light, and a fool is good
>us offers to help north korea if it becomes an american puppet state
>pic
What if the women fart and then the men's hair smells like poop?
How can you trust the Fr*nch?
>american people
JIDF pls just give it up
I mean puppet state status is working out pretty well for South Korea and Japan/
This
We helped rebuild Japan and S. Korea and now they’re economic powerhouses.
And west Germany
>they’re economic powerhouses.
Are you saying I’m wrong?
It would be less costly than the alternative regardless.
If killing him was a good idea then it already would have happened. Believe it or not, Kim Jong Un is far more reasonable than anybody we would get in his place. He was educated in the west, and he's probably our best chance at peace in all irony.
If the norks hand over all nukes, liberalize their economy, and start allowing free movement of people and information, I'll vote republican for the rest of my life
Best solution:
>N. Korea denuclearizes
>N. Korea approved US industries and schools go to N. Korea, educate and employ the N. Korean people
>Trade with N. Korea will bring down the local prices for N. Koreans
>Both N. Korea and USA are happy
Who says no?
ya'll motherfuckers can't kill him because he'll do an all out attack on Skorea with artillery, chemical, biological and nuclear weapons.
if he turns to american money and makes Nkoreans not reliant on him, if he dies they won't go the MAD scenario. so lik ei said, if he takes the american money he'll make Nkoreans less reliant on him and he'll get CIA'd down the road.
I wouldn't go that far. Snakes tend to slither to where they feel the safest.
You have very little understanding of the current administration's foreign policy if you think this is going down the same way the Iran deal did.
>they're not
>Japan is #3
>S. Korea is #11
Sounds pretty strong to me
>we
No Trump (Pompeo) did without Congress. Literally.
Yeah, because the Iran deal is now dead. Why exactly would North Korea make a deal when the next president can reverse it?
the fuck you talking about? nothing to do with Iran deal. Nkoreans are reliant on Kim. if Kim opens up Nkorea, Nkoreans will be less reliant on Kim. assassinating Kim now becomes an option because NKoreans will get addicted to american money like Skorea and Japan.
you cannot kill Kim now because 1) you have shit intelligence inside Nkorea, good luck getting an agent to blend in with Nkorea. 2) it will trigger war. you couldn't kill his dad or gramps spare me the bravado.
Why would we assassinate Kim when he gets reliant on American dollars to buy McDonalds and watch basketball all day?
because keeping him alive would leave the option of him going back to hermit kingdom mode. he could purge the fuck out of all the american influence and grab back power or plunge the country into civil war trying to.
You’re an idiot, the N. Koreans and N. Korea army would never go back to the state it’s in now unless the US forced them into it. You’re overestimating how much they love Kim.
We're arguing the same point. I don't know why you think we have any thoughts regarding killing Kim Jong Un. It would be a massive mistake. People are still extremely loyal to the regime and his replacement would almost absolutely be more extremist than him.
You mean Libya
>The Agreed Framework between the United States of America and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea was signed on October 21, 1994, between North Korea (DPRK) and the United States. The objective of the agreement was the freezing and replacement of North Korea's indigenous nuclear power plant program with more nuclear proliferation resistant light water reactor power plants, and the step-by-step normalization of relations between the U.S. and the DPRK. Implementation of the agreement was troubled from the start, but its key elements were being implemented until it effectively broke down in 2003.
Lmao this is tried and true North Korean strategy.
Aak yourself why exactly North Korea suddenly switched from setting off multiple nukes and launching ICBMs in 2017, to “playing nice” in 2018.
1. They broke the anti-NK coalition up.
2. They stopped all further sanctions and ended the “maximum pressure campaign”.
3. They already tested their ICBMs and Nukes extensively. They clearly learned what they needed. The ICBMs can now hit the mainland USA, and they set off a megaton nuke.
4. An obese third world dictator gets the international and domestic prestige of meeting the US president face-to-face as equals.
Kim suddenly felt comfortable enough at home to go abroad for the first time (to China and Singapore) in early 2018. Why? Because North Korea finally achieved a credible nuclear deterrent.
Now they, with the strong hand, can promise everything and delay in negotiations for years.
This potential deal may look good for a couple years, like in 1994, but it will not succeed.
and likewise you're underestimating the resolve of Nkoreans and the decades of indoctrination they've been taught. you think Kim is going to open up democratic elections for american money? he wants american money not american influence. if he just wanted a easy life he would've opened up the country and skip the nuclear weapons tests. no, he wants his country and money.
read up the thread to claimed
>>If killing him was a good idea then it already would have happened.
i'm stating that the US can't kill him for obvious reasons right now. but given 10 years if he opens up to american money and influence, he will get CIA'd.
>you think Kim is going to open up democratic elections for american money?
He doesn’t need to
He can have his country. If he goes anti-US after N. Korea becomes prosperous, his people will revolt and his military will kill him.
You don’t understand a thing about N. Korea, do you?
Go back to school, kid. And stay off of Jow Forums.
>You’re overestimating how much they love Kim.
Exactly.
I’m sure those generals who have been feeding prisoners other prisoners for decades are just gonna love a pinky promise while Kim gets a golden parachute.
>>He can have his country. If he goes anti-US after N. Korea becomes prosperous, his people will revolt and his military will kill him.
i can see decades of fighting in Afghanistan has literally taught you guys nothing. the assumption that people will cheer you as 'liberators' ridiculously arrogant.
sure thing buddy, march the troops into PY, i'm sure everybody will welcome americans as liberators and hand Kim to you guys on a platter because Big Mac's and Basketball are so powerful.
>look look! i am so superior on the interwebs mommy!
No he fucking won't. It's actually much more likely that his own country will kill him.
You idiot, it doesn’t matter what the people think. Kim and the N. Korean military want to rule a rich country will retaining their power. Kim needs the military more than the military needs Kim. If Kim goes rogue and expells external businesses and dollars, he’ll end up in a ditch. This isn’t 1950s juche N. Korea anymore.
t. Uneducated faggot
and guess what? Kim's loyalists will fight for him. and guess what you got now? a fucking civil war with nuclear, chemical and biological weapons. congrats.
but hey, like i said, 10 years of american money can change people. if Kim doesn't manage the flow of money and influence correctly, yeah he could get into a position where he has no allies in the event of a civil war. but if Kim takes American money and influence, he will get CIA'd somewhere down the road as a loose end that needs to be tied up.
>he will get CIA'd somewhere down the road as a loose end that needs to be tied up.
I hope you know CoD isn’t real life, son.
haha as if it hasn't been documented fully about how many political leaders the CIA has assassinated over the years.
This is the information age, buddy. No attempt on Kim’s life is in the question.
It’s much more likely they’ll let him ‘rule’ N. Korea as he does now. As long as Kim doesn’t aim nukes at Japan and S. Korea, we’ll be fine. The only reason N. Korea is an issue is because they’ve repeatedly threatened S. Korea and Japan.
buddy you don't speak for the CIA or the NSA. im on the side of the fence that believes they will eventually try to kill him given your government agencies notorious reputation and disdain for governments they do not agree with.
and the only reason why Nkorea threatens them is because you guys keep fucking war drilling in their faces. same shit buddy, you both deserve each other.
You really have no clue of N. Korea’s history.
N. Korea is threatening Japan and S. Korea because they’re (or used to be) a puppet of China. They followed the philosphy of Juche, which was basically
>kill all westerner pig-dogs!
The US won’t kill Kim, because it’ll sever any chance of peace. Get off the internet, you fucking idiot.
Contrary to what other people are saying, I think it could work although North and South will never be unified. The difference between Korea and the Middle East is China. China needs North Korea to be on their side because of how close Beijing is to North Korea, making a land invasion from America using North Korea winnable.
Although they need North Korea to be on their side, they don't need the constant dick waiving and nuclear threats. If best Korea decides to nuke someone, then America will invade North Korea, and China will either have to let America gain a major foothold and threaten their security, and try to stop America, and probably starting WW3.
If North Korea gives away its Nukes, it will be weaker off than it is, which could lead to a situation like in Libya. Fabricating evidence playing up a small revolt to attack. However, unlike Libya, North Korea has China, which needs it to be on their side. The threat of China attacking is enough to keep North Korea from being invaded. Also if Kim Jong Un gets too uppity, and what I believe will happen eventually, China could remove him and turn NK into a proxy state.
they threaten Japan and Skorea because they are viewed as proxy governments of the USA. the same USA that denied them the chance to unify Korea in the first korean war. but that resulted in a stalemate which has led us today. they still view Skorea and Japan as a proxy of the USA and the constant war drills near them makes them believe that invasion is imminent. and given your countries history of 'regime change' nobody can blame them for harboring those views.
that's cute that you think the CIA and NSA won't kill him because you think it will sever an chance of peace. but hey, who really knows right?
N. Korea could always switch sides.
North Korea doesn't want to nuke anyone, but it needs some sort of guarantee that America and company won't attack it the moment it drops its guard like Libya.
the whole point is that China won't let them, there's too much at stake. China probably has plants in the government to keep them in line, and they would probably invade. Wouldn't be too hard to justify.
The US is going to make so much money from N.Korea. Mcdonald's and KFCs everywhere. Eurocucks BTFO
How do you know North Korea doesn't want
to nuke anyone, have you met Kim Jong Un? Of course he doesn't want to start a nuclear war, he has nukes he could have done it already. The question is how much does he want to avoid it. There are many times in history where countries have escalation of tensions between each other that lead to violent retaliation. The problem is that smaller countries often are more aggressive, to make up for their lack of power. For example in the Cuban missile crisis, when Khrushchev made the secret deal and backed down, Castro was pissed. He would rather risk nuclear war to avoid the mere threat of a stronger country. Russia, the larger country, didn't feel it was a big enough deal to resort to violence, and went the diplomatic route. Cuba however would resort to nuclear war because it felt threatened by America.
While North Korea may "not want to nuke anyone" it means something entirely different to America, China, and Russia not wanting to nuke anyone. It would take a lot more for any of these countries to resort to nukes than a smaller one like North Korea. If a country like Iran, or North Korea nuked us, would we launch our nukes back? No, America would bomb the shit out of them and invade, but we would wouldn't have to use nukes because even a "small" nuclear attack won't destroy America. For a small country like North Korea, it would take much less for it to be threatened into launching a nuke.
The problem is that if North Korea has an international incident, because it is a small country led by one person, neither America, nor China know the point where Kim will resort to nukes. To tie it back to my earlier points; If North Korea nukes another country, no matter the reason, America will go to full scale invasion, and no country could make them do otherwise. China would not like to be forced into the situation of whether or not to start ww3 because of one of its ally's antics.
This is what Iraq looks like with Saddam gone.
The Iran deal was orchestrated by Obama, and closed by Trump, if it was under the same president, I'd agree with you, but it wasnt.
It also wasnt authorized through congress into an actual treaty, so there was nothing forcing Trump to go through with it. Something like an agreement with the US and NK to rebuild under denuclearization conditions would definitely be approved into a treaty and would require all future president to follow through.
Based de Gaulle did nothing wrong
Your prisoners probably eat too much.
>being dumb as fuck
This is why you have literal Cheeto for a president.
He betrayed his allies and took credit for their work
we should have just burned the entire country down to the dirt with 24/7 firebombing. negotiating sets a bad precedent, now every dictator tom and harry will be making it their top priority to acquire nuclear weapons to get free american gibs me dats
So poor dictatorships will spend billions of dollars and decades to develop nuclear weapons, for the sole purpose of trading them in for money that they would have had already?
nuclear weapons are extremely cheap and easy to make, miniaturizing and developing icbms to deliver them is what is difficult. countries that are closer to american interests don't need to miniaturize nuclear weapons or develop icbms to deliver them, you fucking moron
Trump is trying to draw North Korea into the western hemisphere economywise. Don't they have a huge amount of minerals etc? Would make sense desu, and it's 10x better than war.
Wish they offered this deal to Russia in the 90s desu
Killing him with operatives is always a possibility, and his special forces, or those among the chinese would have no chance of stopping it.
It's simply not practical. This isn't the cold war, or some james bond spy shit. That's for these 3rd world governments with "1st world" technology. Drones for example, were invented by the CIA, and they're elementary now. Nobody wants North Korea to have force of arms beyond 1970's Russia. Nobody fucking likes them.
It worked.
To add- we failed you. We said that we would protect you if you gave up your nuclear arms. You kept up your end of the bargain, and we didn't stop Russia from advancing to Crimea.
Yeah, that’s why we’re in Cold War 2 fed on Russian Butthurt and victim complex. You are not convincing me that it was your intention to make a country this rich in natural resources into another North Korea.
Erp, sorry, you're not Ukraine.
That's actually good
>Another island of prosperity and democracy next to China
Why people hate the US and like China? It's fun to watch that, specially when women say this kind of bullshit. How many congresswomen in China? What about the US?
Fuck CHINA.
That's what it is to you. We're very arrogant, and centralized to our own situation. In all honesty, we barely think about your country. I wish it wasn't that way, but it is.
bump
