Poles are the only ones knocking down the crappy post-war stuff and trying to rebuild the cities to how they look before iirc. Ironically the Russian in Kaliningrad are trying to rebuild the historical center. Some parts aren't going to be exactly, but they are trying to do most of it. They seem to care more about restoring German cities than Germans do.
