It's not a masternodes system, you can stake as many coins as you like (even just 10 or 100), but you'll get higher ROI with a larger amount of coins.

You are not a retard, but I hope you know that TRAC will have a Data Node/ Validator Node setup where Validators control Data nodes and if one side is cheating, you lose your stake (like in: lose your coins).
Also ROI will depend on which contracts you bid for, nothing automatical like with other masternode coins.
