I cashed out in Dec-March about 1.4MM €

Not sure what to do with it. Private banking sounds good on paper but I feel like a 2008 style crisis is around the corner. Leaving it in cash is not an option as I get fucked by taxes and inflation.

Real estate is also a huge bubble where I live...

The plan I am considering : buy 400-500K of real estate in some Eastern European country (I won’t be living there so some agency will take a fat fee on my foreigner ass).
500K+ to a private bank
Rest in cash

Sounds good ?

no that sounds like a horrible idea

Suggestions ?

buy bitcoin

How fucking retarded are you?

Never buy land in a country where you don't have citizenship.

You will get fucked faster than a $2 whore in Tijuana.

So instead of taking a a risk of 50% losses in market crashes you're okay with taking 100% loss in a nationalization type scenario? Yeah kid, private banking isnt for you

Are you me user ?
Solid shit, but I also put $250k in stock and $40k in crypto.

Where did all these "buying real estate in EE" threads suddenly come from

Really wonder how a retard like OP made so much money though in crypto

Coming up with those ideas shows that he has the IQ of a big sand nigger

paid shills

Well clearly in the West shit is expensive+niggers. If you are a negro or have never been in EE, shut up.

Eastern Euro here, housing is a bubble in my country, too.
Why not buy government bonds and wait for a crisis to enter stocks?
Gz on the massive gains, you've almost hit my retirement figure (1.6MM euros)

Buy a small expensive antique item
Store it somewhere safe

>take 700k and buy some cheap apartments, rent them -> passive income for ur life time
>take 400k and buy yourself a nice house
>200k on bank
>100k into crypto again

did the bank give you any headache?

reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/7lu6ze/an_extensive_guide_for_cashing_out_bitcoin_and/

this guy makes it look like if you want to cash out €1 MM BTC in europe you'll need to send your bank every BTC address you ever owned together with every exchange transaction you've ever made.
tho it really feels like he's just shilling his own services.

how smooth did it went for you? what site did you cash out through? what kind of KYC did they require? bitstamp is said to go pretty insane, pic related

I don’t think it’s an issue if I go for not so shitty countries like CZ or Hungary

Private banking already has some stocks included
I kept some crypto too

I´ve been in EE and I tell you: KYS faggot

if op has EU citizenship, he can buy land in an EU country without getting fucked

smart move here!

>buy 400-500K of real estate in some Eastern European country

super high risk. geopolitical risk is very high

Open a dominos pizza delivery restaurant

how'd you cash out so much money?

Not a huge geopolitical risk if you buy it in a NATO+EU member. But you need to check if the local housing is in a bubble, too, which is definitely true for both Sofia and Bucharest.

That is bullshit.
I cashed out €230k in a fucking bag in December.

The retail bank I’m in don’t give a fuck. Private banks have their own rules, one of them told me they don’t take crypto money, another one is fine with it. They do require me to show some ledgers (they are scared of money coming from ICOs in my case)

I am a EU citizen, I would obviously stay away from countries too close to Russia.

This. Unironically.

>ctrl-f gold
>0/0
Pathetic

so you cashed out for literal cash, or you actually transferred 230k to your bank account?

reddit.com/r/btc/comments/79zfv2/need_advice_on_cashing_out_1_million_euros_in/

this guy says getting 100k to his bank account to bitstamp basically made him lose his account

are these people on reddit just fudders/retards?

how'd you do it? Some exchange ?

Prices are still way cheaper then in the rest of the EU. New stuff, developing rapidly, etc. Rents are also good.

unironically this.

Its not an issue now. Its gonna be an issue when you'll want to move there because reasons. And if we're talking about those reasons - don't think eastern europeans will not see you for what you are - a westerner who ruined his nation and is now running for his life.

>s like a horrible idea
if I were you i'd buy 2 - 3 houses and rent them for passive income

Eth to Coinflux for Eth/Eur.
Transfer to ING bank account.
Bag.
Approx 1week.

The only good advice in the thread. This is guaranteed money.

if you just search the web in your own country for people buying bitcoin locally, i'm sure you'll find plenty. usually BTC atms will also let you sell btc without upper limit and pay in cash (in europe).

but they all pay 5-10% below market price

>Suggestions ?
Stop LARPing for starters.

Reinvest some in crypto. It's gonna be bullish for a few months.

>Never buy land in a country where you don't have citizenship.
good advice, on my Jow Forums?

Guys I am not opening a fucking dominos pizza. I have a job I like (own company with a few partners), money is not crazy but might be good when we sell the venture.

I don’t care what they will see me as, there will be tons of Western European fleeing dreaming of buying my real estate there.

>please kindly note
>kindly note
99% this is a pajeet just shiling his services

>there will be tons of Western European fleeing dreaming of buying my real estate there

Why do you think so user?

It is good indeed, depending though if burger or yuropoor.
As yuropoor I have friends/family with proprety in Greece, Hungary, Italy, Spain. Restaurants, houses, hotel, motel, apts and they just have to pay their taxes, basicly.

Buy Webistics

Looks like you already made up your mind. WTF are you doing here.

Whatever you choose to do, limit stock exposure because a crash is coming within the next 3~4 years.
