It is pretty small compared to other skyscrapers, but it's the tallest (I think). Around 123 meters, it's Swedbank bank main office.
Some random info you don't care about: Next tallest would be St. Peter's Church, but that isn't a 'skyscraper'. The tallest building in Latvia is Riga Radio and TV Tower, which is also tallest tower in EU (368m).
