Tokyo has a good size for a capital. Russia has comaparable population with Japan, but 1/3 of Japan lives in Greater Tokyo and only 1/9 of Russia lives in Greater Moscow. We need to expand Moscow to accomodate at least 40 millions of people. That will give the necessary boost for development.

I hate cities. I live in a rural area. My goal in life is to live in the mountains where I'll be the only human present in a 100 km radius (at least).

I live in nyc and it doesnt feel overwhelming at all so im ready to give tokyo a crack

I don't like the small restaurant and cafe seating in Tokyo. I don't go to clubs and bars so there's no appeal to me.
