Witcher 3 has dumbed down Souls combat and a shitty open world that has no point in exploring as you have a gps and everything marked on your map from the beginning. The quests are nothing more but just following a red trail.

They started to pander to casuals after/during developing W2 because that's where the money was. I really liked the recent Kingdom Come: Deliverance and hope they won't go the same road in the sequel.

As much as I enjoyed your Gothic 2, Elex(yes yes even this) and rpgmaker masterpiece Vampires Dawn: Deceit of Heretics combat wasn't the thing that carried them in fact it was way worse than Witcher 3.

Also Hearts of Stone was legit 10/10.

It's a good game, but man I wish it had more replayability than three scenarios.

Skyrim is stale as hell without mods. Even some of the better quest lines like the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood pale in comparison to some of the stablest quests in The Witcher 3.
When a mod like The Forgotten City has more detail and better voice acting than anything Bethesda has ever done, you know there's something wrong with the game.
