It’s not the exchanges. Whale groups pump coins (especially bitcoin) to make money from highly leveraged shorts or longs. This is how they make money in a bear market. It’s going to continue until either there is too much liquidity to pump it in either direction (not gonna happen soon) or the bull market begins again (hopefully soon). You can’t stop the manipulation by shutting down exchanges because exchanges aren’t a part of it.
