Whatever you do, don't cash out in the UK. Do it in Portugal, Netherlands, Luxembourg. Store your wealth in a Swiss bank or something. As for the student debt, you could move abroad without paying it back. They might try to chase you down but after 6 years they can't force you pay anything. If the debt is not a lot then there isn't a good reason to do that though
