Yea, don't buy a house for yourself, buy one to rent, then you can get income off the property, buy more live off the income. oh and MASSIVE housing crash is coming don't buy at ATH

Don't take a mortgage, just use your crypto gains to buy the house out right away. With a mortgage you are paying a lot more over the long run.
Location is crucial to the house retaining its value.

wait for the crash, the writing is on the wall already

It does seem like it should be coming soon. Could also just be wishful thinking from all the poor millennials and it wont come for a decade still.

We are already two years late, last crash was a decade ago

Don't be a fool and buy the top. Be patient.

Just buy something with a mortgage you can afford. Don't wait until interest rates are 15%. Houses are ath because interest rates are so low.

"Don't be fool, simply time the market" is advice always given by children who don't own anything.

Unless you plan to live there or your an experienced flipper or you think you can turn a profit renting don’t do it.

ATH?
