Every fucking region in Italy has genius and artists, posting random people don't prove a shit. Problem is they can't make a real distinction between italian and sicilian so, if someone try to speak italian he uses italian words mixed with sicilians.

it's not that difficult, but there are many dialects. Here in italy everyone thinks their dialects are "languages" but 90% of dialect's words are similar to italian, sometimes they only remove the last letter of the word. For exemple
car----> Macchina in italian --->machina in neapolitan
run----> correre in italian ---> curriri in sicilian
