Malta.

Unlike residency programmes or investor visas, which many countries (including the UK) offer to foreigners, Malta's Individual Investor Programme grants full citizenship to successful applicants.
It costs a minimum of 880,000 euros (£800,000; $1m), rising for each additional family member.
Three quarters of that is a non-refundable contribution to Malta's National Development and Social Fund, which finances education, health and job creation projects. The rest is split between investments in government bonds and owning or renting a home for at least five years.
Go to Germany, they love non white subhumans like you.

Why would you bother to get a EU citizenship when you're Japanese? Your cunt vanquishes every single European cunt in every regard, especially economy and social stability.
I'm not Japanese. I'm American and I thought it would be nice to move back to my ancestral homeland. :p
They only love groups of people that are a loss to the GDP and bring up the crime rate
Why americans care so much about some dogshit like ancestry, heritage, ethicity and etc.
Ancestral identity was intentionally cultivated by Europeans to gain political support from Americans during various European conflicts. The Irish made a huge attempt to cultivate Irish identity among Americans with Irish ancestry during their struggle for independence against the British, the Germans did the same for Americans of with German ancestry during both world wars, Israelis did this with American Jews; etc. It was usually a good investment for those foreigners, since America has always been a relatively wealthy country; and even if the foreigners failed to effect policy in Washington DC, the hyphenated-Americans would usually give lots of money to their "ancestral homeland".
No way dude. America wasn't built for that kind of shit. My pride in my heritage is something you'll have to pry from my cold dead hands!
my country sells some sort of citizenship for state bonds. i guess mostly chinese and arab businessmen buy these. but you need money, they cost about 250k$ but as its a bond i guess they pay you back in a few years. you dont get a full citizenship but you can travel in the eu so i guess its fine. and in 5-10 years you can become a citizen anyway if you stay
a program végetért és nincs új

you say that now, but, hypothetically, say that Russia invades; then representatives from the Finnish resistance will be in the US; going on morning talk-shows, speaking at colleges/churches/community centers; desperately trying to convince Americans, particularly those with Finnish ancestors (they'll probably say something like "Fennoscandian" to cast a wider net), to send them money and write letters to their senators/congressmen urging militarily intervention.
I want to know that as well.
I know a guy who managed to get bulgarian citizenship but his parents are relatively rich and they own property there.
That is way too expensive for most people.

Armalites used by the IRA were gifts from Irish-Americans that supported their cause iirc
Austria. You can simply buy a citizenship if you can afford it.
