Kapsalon is made out of fries covered in kebab or shoarma meat covered in cheese, put in an oven to let the cheese melt, topped (usually) with lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber and finished with garlic and sambal sauce. A good kapsalon is fucking delicious and a bad kapsalon is one of the worst things you could get.

Bad choice for Germany. (Good) currywurst is only to be found in Berlin and maybe the Ruhr area, but Bratwurstsemmeln are common in different variations in the whole country.
