I've seen some of the results of the new ownership the past few years. They're nickel and diming the customers. Charging extra for things that used to be free options and so on. Quality has gone down on the sandwiches. Cheaper meats and cheeses. Restaurants are perpetually understaffed and service is slow.
It's bizarre to hear about revenue problems considering these places are usually packed with long lines at the counter.
