Can the average person afford to own a home where you live?

>California
>No

Attached: salary-need-to-afford-home-2018-8426.png (1188x875, 267K)

homes are not for average people user. Soon americans will realize this and then the burbs will die

Look at my flag. The answer is no, across the board for millenials.

>Canada
No

I live in CO. Why tf is it so expensive here? This place is a shithole. There's not actually a difference between CO and NM, except NM is slightly warmer. Man fuck it, I'll just move to HI, if I'm already getting jewed may as well get jewed in a tropical paradise.

Its because Californians are moving in

>Colorado
>shithole
k bud

the boomers are trying to fuck us as hard as they before they die

Just don't get rat lungworm disease. That's really all I know about Hawaii now that I heard of it.

Colorado is quite literally the worst state in the union.
The whole state reeks of pot, liberals, and racial diversity.

>tfw going to take my cali wealth and buy a mansion for peanuts in some midwestern shithole

>that 20 year old boomer who blames all his problems on his grandparents

Colorado is extremely white compared to the coasts. Just move away from Denver. Your nature is pretty nice and legalized weed has made your local government rich as fuck

>20 year old boomer
what?
blame foriegn money buying homes above asking price if you live in desirable parts of America.
If you live elsewhere, home ownership is getting easier if you make the right choices in life actually.
t. real estate fag

that's it, i'm moving to kansas

In what way is CO not a shithole? Half the state is a fucking field of nothing, a quarter is a desert, Pueblo and Greeley exist, everything is brown including 5/6 of the people, there's no water anywhere except one shitty river, the only city to speak of is Denver and that's full of homeless, californians, and spics. We even border a bunch of shithole states like Nebraska, Utah, and fucking Kansas. No ocean for a thousand miles, the food sucks, and it's outrageously overpriced.
CO's only saving grace is that it's not the worst shithole in the nation. It's still better than say, Missouri. For what that's saying.
>rat lungworm disease
I don't know about Norwegians but I'm not susceptible to that, sir, being that I'm not a rat.

I'm not that other guy, I'm just a Colorado hater.
Their legalizing weed started this stupid trend and it's spread to other great states, like California.
The only other states that come close to being as terrible is Ohio, and backwater southern third world states like Missouri.

>great state
>california

>Colorado
>terrible like the low hdi states in ur pic
>colorado dark green

nigger

WA is the same but i fucking love it here

>flyoverpoors
lmao could probably get you fucks to shine my shoes

A middle class job in the flyovers is much better than a middle class job on the coast

But you won't be paid Cali dollars if you work somewhere else. I already tried something similar working in California and living in Nevada, the taxes will find you anyways.

Why?

Fucking this. I don't give a shit about "Building The Wall" blocking poor people. I care about the rich foreigners buying up all our homes. BAN that shit FFS. Trump would probably just permit it because his whole thing is international real estate

cost of living and the environment that you get to work/live in

I mean work here, being a rent-cuck, and then moving.
I know a guy who did some oil gig in alaska for 10 years, made a crap-ton of money, and then half-retired and moved back to the continental u.s.
Same idea, just less extreme.
I love California, and the weather, but the only place where I'll be sure to get a high-paying job in my field is the bay area and I hate the bay area.

what are you a socialist. just go make more money if you want that house. supply and demand

>he doesn't want to provide a free market for rich Chinks with connections to take advantage of
Stop resisting and user, time to get in good with our new rice eating overlords.

1. canada
2. no

Australia, anywhere in Australia.
No.

I will likely have a job where I can afford a house in expensive areas. I just care about my fellow americans getting dicked over by NON-AMERICANS buying AMERICAN land. "Socialist" my ass. You'd sell our whole country to the Chinese and Russians for a quick buck.

Fortunately the Chinese gov is pissed at it too, and a year or two back they cracked down on chinese buying up homes in the US, but I'm not sure how well it worked

>California
No. A house in the ghettos of L.A. is usually going for somewhere between 500,000 - 800,000 dollars.

Maybe don't live in LA or San Fran?

The politicians have no incentive to stop it. The foreigners bring in more and more money, which looks good on paper for them, and sucks for us. People hate on mexicans for anchor babies but a lot of times Chinese and indians are the ones doing it, buying a home here and dropping a baby there.
The chinese millonaires got their money through socialism. This is anti-socialist.

>tfw bloods and crips in south central LA are all actually millionares sitting on soon-to-be prime real estate

Attached: calihood.jpg (886x498, 64K)

It's extremely frustrating. Just a year ago, Vancouver (BC) implemented foreign homeowner taxes because the chinese had bought up so much of the city and jacked the price of a microscopic bungalow into the millions, and almost instantly you saw Seattle home prices rapidly rise because all of the foreign buyers moved south. It's fucking annoying.

It's not just the west coast either. NYC, London, etc. all have real estate taken by foreigners. That is land in America, for Americans, economics be damned. It's not even reserved for the cities either. I've seen a few pics where rural land in Idaho was being sold to people in Beijing. It's infuriating. Nothing will be done, so I try not to get too frustrated about it, but damn. If some kind of online movement could be started, maybe a politician will take a stand

>Florida
It's ok if you don't live in South or Central Florida. It's a shame that most of the work is in the expensive areas though

they tend to live together and pool money to buy a house. those houses then stay in the "families". the bloods have way more equity than the mob ever did.

this is whats going to keep happening. we're becomng one big global community and rich people are going to live in the nice areas. same shit thats happening on a state/city level now.

>rural Idaho
FUUUUUUUUUUUUCK

FUCKING GLOBALISM

Attached: 1526582858188.png (456x810, 666K)

>PA
>odds are yes
We've had some hiccups over the past few decades but odds are you can get a home assuming you're frugal and don't have an opioid addiction. Need to make sure the area you're in is decent though, there's some rough spots and places like Allegheny County which you should just avoid altogether.
As much as I hate the bullshit boomers caused it's moreso rich foreigners (particularly Chinese) doing that shit. Don't expect daddy Trump to do a damn thing about it either.

>go to Hawaii
>get killed by volcano
yeah no

what the fuck is a 20 year old boomer?

>pro immigration
>killed unions
>encouraged freetrade to move production to china so american companies can save money
>chinks use that money to buy up our land
this is all unironically the republican party's fault. but fuck it vote red because muh gunz amirite

Yes. Many two bed homes go for 30-40k

Those are RINOs and neocons, but I agree the Republican Party is pretty much a puppeted corpse at this point.

>build apartments
>sell apartments to foreigners
>build more apartments
>???
It's literally free money from a macroeconomics standpoint. Shut the hell up you fucking 'tard.
Nice change of pace from getting shot every time I go outside, according to Jow Forums.

so the high prices we see in places like vancouver can just be solved if they started building more apartments? something tells me it's more complicated than that

i'm not anti-globalism just pointing out what's happening. i'm not a republican either. or a democrat. i'm just along for the ride.

Reaganomics tier stupid.

It would be the opposite if they are both middle class. Class is class, not money. The higher cost of living would mean that to be middle class in California, you would be making more money.
