My reasoning for the 'good' logos:
Bitshares - Represents the shares of a company, while capturing the first letter of the project.
(though this is the weakest of the 3)
Aeternity - interesting visual representation of eternity, as well as the unique spelling of the project name
EOS - Simple, yet striking and memorable. Looks great in 2D, or 3D / animated
