American obesity crisis

What are Americans going to do with their rapidly worsening problem with obesity?

This is one of the main reasons I believe universal healthcare in USA would be prohibitively expensive

Bump

>What are Americans going to do with their rapidly worsening problem with obesity?
Watch them die.

realistically nothing can be done

we can't ban obese immigrants, like Mexicans and Arabs because it's "racist"

we can't end food stamps and welfare because it's "racist"

we can't end ag subsidies due to lobbying power

we can't tax unhealthy foods because "muh freedumz"

we can't subsidize gym memberships because it's "ableist" and "fat shaming"

obesity is good for the GDP

>the state with the highest obesity rate has 36.3%
this has to be outdated, the average obseity rate in the US is 38.2%

>a map from 2017 is outdated
>a map from 2015 isn't
it's probably just different estimates

>Bump
why? it's happening everywhere
worry about yuorself

Are there studies who go beyond obesity and show morbidily obese statistics?

it looks like your data is out of date

Will there have 100% of obese in the XXIIth century, because the obesity rate grows fast? It's the same thing in France, in the 90's there had many fat people, but not that many obese people, in 2006, there had 14% of people in obesity, now there have 20% of obese in France, it is scaring.

Time 2 be defensive fuckin yuros

Most people already recognized America is two countries by now

A)Hyper-nationalistic ignorant, obese, and close-minded. Religious nuts, the poor, the dumb and the ignorant are 30%
B)Well-educated, worldly, nice, and positive, good people are like 20%
C)Everyone else is between these two poles and add a dash of modern stupid ideologies (SJWs, alt-right, etc.)

America is probably the most polarized nation in the developed world.

What the fuck is wrong with those pacific islanders? I've heard they have an uncontrollable addiction to KFC for some reason

Useless post, wouldn't expect anything else from a leaf Tbh

All the countries have this clivage you know. We have two France too

A) The France of Macron: educated and rich and B) The France of Le Pen (far right) / Mélenchon (far left): hyper nationalistic for Le Pen, civic nationalistic for Mélanchon, ignorant, obese and close minded.
C) Everyone else is between these two poles and add a dash of modern stupid ideologies (SJWs, alt-right, etc.)

This guy say why are Polynesians obese in his video. English subtitles are available.
