That would be just a completely different artificial entity from yourself with a copy of your information, the original organic brain, thus the original you has to die someday so it's not true inmortality that is theorically impossible, only a "robot" thing would carry on with his own existence or "life" with your information as an starting point after you died until that being itself stops functioning or transfers it's information to another newer "robot".
