Been watching Korean films and most of them have scenes where they would speak Japanese and Korean and it's pretty hard for me to distinguish the language transition.

i know what you are talking about. They sound similar. I remembered these "opso" and "desu/deskedo" things. If you hear opso it's korean. If you hear deskedo it's japanese. Simple.

Not really. I love Japanese, Telugu and Urdu. There are probably more languages in Asia than anywhere in the world, it is the most diverse region on the planet
