Once I got stopped the guy was convinced I stole something because I looked nervous or something but actually I have crippling social anxiety

Also I can't go into small stores unless Im certain I want to buy something because otherwise I feel really bad walking out because the store is small and doesn't have many customers so the owner must be disappointed I spent all that time in their not to buy anything
