Finland is so big. Did you know we have Lynx? (cattus lyncis).

Do you have the same cat in your country?

Lynx?

That's a big kitter

It is big cat that lives in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, but not Poland. Then there is huge number of European countries in between Lithuania and Spain/Italy, where the Lynx dont live. And then suddenly it is found again in Spain and Italy. This suggests that Lynx was killed in central Europe in medieval times and therefore doesnt live in there anymore.

i com eto finland

i fuck al lthe lynx

We have the iberian lynx, it's different to the european lynx. It was under serious danger of dissapearing mainly because rabbits population were decreasing rapidly because some particular rabbit disease. It's doing alright now.

how many of those are estimated to live in Spain?

We have wildcats
like 200 of them
and they're probably all descendants of domestic cats as well as wildcats
it kind of sucks that they're going to be bred out but as long as we don't run out of actual wild cats I'll be happy

What the fuck, I love bobcats even more now!

How do Finns spend their free time? I always imagine Scandinavia as a big snowy wasteland where there's nothing else to do besides drinking ethanol

We have both the bobcat (red lynx) and Canadian lynx.
