No man there's nothing like that, not so long ago an electrician who went to repair some stuff was beaten to death by a bunch of "youth" (pc term for Arab in France).
That is fuck up. I know that in big cities (like são paulo) some crack heads move to abandoned buildings and do pretty much the same thing. this month some crackhead drop his pipe and caused a fire who destroyed a entire building.
