Fat and proteins are important if you want to live healthily. You need more of this in your diet, from animal sources. Eggs, meats, dairy, etc: All quite good (dairy in moderation). Gluten, vegetable oils, other indigestible trash: All quite bad.

No, "complex carbs" is a complete meme. You don't need it. There are no healthy benefits.
The only good argument why carb rich foods can be considered "healthy" in any way is that they are often rich in essential micronutrients, such as essential vitamins and minerals. That includes fruits, oats, buckwheat, etc. That's it. The carbs aren't what are important. You don't need to think about eating those. Additionally, for some reason, the sugars in fruit don't have the same effect on your body as refined sugar does. Especially not if you don't eat a lot of vegetable oil. Then it's great.
Fruits have high glycaemic index, so they anyway rise sugar in your blood. I don't saying that they are unhealthy, but high sugar in blood isn't what you really want. Sure few apples per day are totally ok, but 10 bananas are not.

Groats are oat, wheat, rye, barley and so on. And i don't really need to eat eggs everyday, but meat i do, because it's tasty.

Porridge is ok, i do eat it sometimes, when eggs and buckwheat are bored me. Other are unhealthy and i would say not so needed for me.
