Oh I just recalled a line from a documentary about economists trying to create a framework that helped them predict what people would do in every circumstance. Turns out that it failed because the system assumed all individuals would be 100% rational all the time, willing to fuck over a group if it meant furthering their own personal progress.
The system failed because turns out people are not perfectly rational individuals, and the only people whose actions were accurately predicted, were that of economists and psychopaths.
