In my country, French food is very high tier. Only limited people who are rich and educated with beautiful girls can go there. You have to know dress cord and table manner.

Italian restaurants are mid tier, people can go there more frequently and casually with family members, friends and girl friend.

British restaurants are very rare here, never seen one in my life, maybe it is not even deemed as food for human beans so people think British people eat often Mcdonalds.

I think Italians make the best food, but Mexicans make the best food that is both affordable, very quick to make (barely needing preparation), and good everywhere. You can go to a shitty taco truck and it will still be good, whereas if you go to a shitty Italian restaurant it will be shitty. The best food you can get on the street too.
