Well I've done most of it.
I only really do 36 hour ones before I can't be bothered and want to eat.
I'm doing one a week until this semester ends.

must take a lot of will power to fast while studying. i did a 7 day water fast back in 2015 but im a NEET

My schedule is really light, maximum two lectures on my fasting days.
I probably couldn't do it if I was working full time or something like that.
But it's certainly alot easier than methodically counting everything I eat everyday.
