Not sure if I'm ruining an elaborate trolling attempt on part of the German, but pretty much everyone in Bulgaria has one of these. But we don't really use them unless it's too hot, or too cold. There are people who use them more or less on a daily basis (e.g. me during the summer for a couple of hours when I get home), but they're not used most of the year. Electricity's expensive; can't have that running constantly. There are other things I'd rather spend money on.
