No. You can only get Spanish citizenship by
a) proving you're a Sephardi Jew
b) living in the country for 2 years if you come from Latin America, Portugal or the Philipines
c) living in the country for 10 years if you're from somewhere else, but you have to renounce to your previous citizenship and have to take an assimilation exam about the constitution, language and shit (unless you've completed Spanish secondary education), also you need a clean criminal record
d) having a Spanish parent

that's not citizenship. having a japanese gf doesn't give you citizenship, and if you are suggesting that you marry a japanese woman to get a marriage visa, japanese women who married south or north korean nationals in 2016 are only 1,627. this number includes zainichi, so, real south korean men who are entitled to apply for marriage visa would be hundreds a year at best, not to mention you need at least three years of marriage to do that. don't fall for your media so easily.

I wish there could be visa free travel between EU and Russia. That almost happened but then 2014 kicked in.
It's not an issue for myself anymore since I got 2 year visa to Russia, but it took alot of effort and time
