you are pretty fucked if you are an average person. your best bet is to find a company willing to relocate you which will net you a green card and a rode to citizenship. otherwise your options are to have a lot of money to invest (a few million or more) or marry someone in the states.
If you happen to have a masters degree in chemistry or better the company I work for would be willing to give you a job and they have 10? work visas that they are able to allocate.

If I understand what you are asking the difference is legality. Europeans can stay for an indefinite amount of time but they are unable to get a job or partake in any social benefits. Its more or less the same as a US citizen visiting Europe, Canada, or even most of south america (basically everywhere but brazil) but in none of those situations would I be able to get a job or buy a house

I dont know the intricacies but if its anything like work visas granted to companies there is very little oversight. in the case of work visas after 5 years of holding a green card you can apply for citizenship. Id being willing to bet money that religious visas hold the same requirements. so one could pretend to casually practice a religion for 5 years and gain citizenship that way

Both of make a date at the courthouse of the county the citizen lives in/states as their address, get married by a clerk and wait 24 hours for the paperwork to be made public record. Once that is done the immigrant files for citizenship listing their spouse as their sponsor. Doing this with marriages made outside America is doable but has more paperwork involved.

Same applies for doing it with an anchor baby but the parents have to wait until they are 18 and can legally sign papers.
